Wavecrest Lodge Terms & Conditions

  • Individuals MUST be 23 years old to reserve and occupy a guest room.
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages is monitored and anyone consuming beverages and/or acting inappropriately will be asked for identification and may be asked to vacate the premises.
  • NO alcohol on the beach. No exceptions.
  • This is a Smoke-Free hotel, and violators of this policy will incur a fee of $250.00.
  • We have a no pet policy and violators will be charged a $150.00 clean up fee per day and will be asked to remove animals or vacate the premises. Service animals are accepted. Emotional Support animals are accepted with a mandatory fee of $150.
  • For safety reasons, the maximum capacity of a guest room will be enforced. King Guest Rooms are limited to three people, Queen/Queen Guest Rooms are limited to four people, and Q/Q with sofa bed are limited to five people. When capacity is exceeded, an additional charge may be incurred and/or guests may be asked to vacate the room based on circumstances.
  • The pool area is open from 9:00AM - 9:00PM daily (weather permitting). Food and drinks are prohibited in pool area.
  • Children under the age of 14 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and all public areas of the hotel.
  • Quiet Hours are recognized between 9PM and 7 AM and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in all areas of the hotel. This is for the comfort and safety of all guests.
  • Any cost related to damage of hotel property will be charged to the responsible person or persons, including excessive cleanliness issues, which will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $50.00.
  • Hotel reserves the right to evict anyone who violates hotel policies; no refunds will be given.
